kind of a newbie here, but I changed the equalizer just to see what would change a lot, and it won't go back to the normal setting it was at... How do you get it to the normal setting?

To get it back to the normal setting, open the equalizer and uncheck the 'On' box right beside your list of different equalizer settings. This turns off the equalizer completely.
Alternatively, you can set the equalizer to 'Flat', which is the default setting where no changes have been applied.
Or, if you've got a lot of time on your hands, you can play around with the bars yourself and move them all manually to the middle of each column.
