I downloaded 2 AVI formatted videos from the internet, and AVI#1 played successfully; while AVI#2 displayed an error message saying "Additional software is required for QuickTime to playback this media. It might be available from the QuickTime components page." I clicked continue and it directed me to the page, but I didn't know what to download. QT can play AVI#2, but there was no audio present; while AVI#1 was played back successfully.
I tried playing AVI#2 with VLC, and it did have sound; but I have to make it work with QuickTime since when I was trying to burn the video to a DVD disc using iDVD, the sound wouldn't play too. Does anyone have an idea on what plug-in to download? Thanks in advance!
