Finding a program for my Mini-Disc Player

Your Mac's Specs
Gateway2000 P5-60. 66Mhz and 128 MB RAM.
I need help finding a free program to retrieve music off of my Sony Mini Disc Player. It can be mac or windows. Any ideas? Virus free would be nice too :)
