Hey mac people, my Macbook has been take 30 seconds, usually longer to go to sleep and around the same amount of time to wake up (sometimes) anyone know whats going on and if this is normal. It's really annoying especially when i'm in class and I pull it out to take notes and it takes forever to come on!

30 seconds to COMPLETELY sleep (status light slowly pulsing) is considered normal...but longer than 15-20 seconds to wake from sleep is pretty weird. I would try resetting the PMU, on a MacBook I think it's remove battery/power cable, hold power button for ~15-30 seconds, replace battery and power on.
