Relatively recent switcher here. So far so good, other than some upgrade problems I've been having recently... 
Anyway, I'm looking for an alternative to MS Access. I'd rather not use Parallels and MS Access because I want a 100% mac experience. The features I'm looking for / need are:
1. must be relational
2. graphical interface
3. allowance for programming (like VB in Access)
4. form interfaces
5. macros
6. handles sql
7. linking tables across databases and networks (ODBC)
8. web features
As you can see, it should be basically a MS Access/SQL Server clone. Any feedback would be helpful.
