itunes sharing via network

I just recently i got an MBP[leopard] and have it networked with my year old iMac[tiger]. what i want to know is can i somehow sync each iTunes to both have the same library stored on each machine with the same album art, ratings, etc?

I think you can export libary to folder then transfer via network that way. It work with windows to mac when i did it.

yea i thought about that but i was hoping i could make the libraries sync automatically when they connect.
