Isn't the setup wizard self explanatory.
> Run the wizard
> partition your drive
> pop in the WinXP/Vista CD
> Restart.

If everything is installed, reboot your computer and hold down the option / alt key on your keyboard. You will see 2 icons, one for your Mac partition, one for Windows. Pick one and it'll boot the OS accordingly.

Bonus hint: You can also use your Apple remote: Hold down the menu key while your Mac is rebooting and then use the left, right arrow keys to pick an OS.

Oops. I didn't realise that he has installed it already.

To add to what aptmunich said, you can also select your startup disk so that it boots your OS of choice automatically. Go to System Preferences > Startup disk and select either Mac HD or Windows (I'd recommend selecting Mac ;) )

Well what have we learnt from years of using Windows? It gets viruses. So yes, you need to use an antivirus or else it's kaboom time.

Well if you are careful enough, then I dont' think you need an antivirus. For instance, when I had put Windows on my imac just to play a game or two, I didnt' install an anvitirus. Never caught anything. And in most cases it's going to just about take down your Windows installation (although a potentially powerful one could maybe possibly wipe out your system?).

Don't worry, if you don't use the net on Windows and don't plug in a Flash drive without plugging it into OS X first, you should be safe.
