I have a MacBook and I was wondering where I can obtain a cable
which I can plug into my TV using scart so that I can use my Mac with my TV?

because it isn't made due to the fact that they want it to be hooked up via DVI/VGA

My ibook came with a mini-dvi to vga adapter. Have they stopped including those adapters with the macbooks? The macbook pros even came with a dvi to vga adapter.

I was just saying that its not true that they don't exist.

Besides if he gets the minidvi-vga and then the vga-scart cable he has everything he needs.
