Image shack really slow...

well I was on another Thread on here today and i wanted to post a picture but you have to host it, So i went on to Image shack witch i haven't been on my mac so i was surprised as it still hasn't been uploaded and it has been about 20 minutes and its not uploaded the file is only 2.6MB. Normally it would have been done ages ago on my old computer, Is it normally slow or is it the internet connection/something wrong?
If it is normally slow what hosting sites do you use?

Why upload such a big file for web use?

Anyway yeah imageshack can be slow at times.

It was an image and i dint think to compress it or any thing.
And ok imageshack must have been busy.
