Designing DVD sleeves and discs

I was wondering if there's a special application which has settings for DVD/CD sleeves and a circular template for disc print design which will allow me to make any type circular etc...

With the sleeve, I seem to be doing ok with Imagewell and Photoshop though I don't know if it will fit exactly when inserted into the box.

My biggest concern is getting the writing on the central spine dead centre which at the moment I am having to guess.

^ Ah, it's not the post design apparatus I need it's some basic guidelines on how do design discs and sleeves on existing software that when printed, will come out as desired.

Besides, labels are a horribly tacky and unprofessional way of decorating a disc.

You need to search on the internet for templates for the wraps and discs.
