connecting to another pc

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook2.1 /2,00 GB/80GB HDD- iPhone 3G 8GB
So, I have this iMac G5 17", and a Windows PC... connected via router to the internet.
I've just now noticed that it (the PC) has appeared in my Finder as a server.
Is it in any way possible to make a connection between the two, and if so, how is that done...

Thanks for any help I might receive...:D
