Hi, I got my powerbook last week and I am new to OS X. I will probably
have more questions like this one in the future. When I was on my PC, I could normally go under internet options and clear up my history emtpy my cookie folder. This was supposevly to help keep my ram free and speed up my computer. How do you do that with a mac and safari?

Thanks

On Safari you can click "safari" on the top menu, and select empty cache. You can clear your history under the "history" menu item. Also, from the safari preferences menu under "security" you can select to only accept cookies you navigate to. Other than that I'm sure someone else has a lot more info for you.
