Black MacBook- 2.2GHz, 1gb RAM, 160GB, Double-Layer Superdrive.
Is there any way to reset the dashboard to the way it was when i first got my mac?

I don't know if there's a way to reset the Dashboard, but I can tell you that when it was new, it looked something like this:

Macbook Pro 17" 2.6GHz 4GB RAM
Open Terminal and type:

defaults delete com.apple.Dashboard

Then press enter.
