Hi, Please don't fuss at me but I'm needing some assistance how to move from a mac to Outlook rather than the other way around which is probably the 'norm' here. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Would someone be able to help me move my MacMail contacts, addresses, etc. into Outlook 2007?
Many thanks...newuser

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook Pro: 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo ~ 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM ~ 160 GB HD ~ 15" Glossy LED Screen
- Open up Address Book

- Highlight "All" in the Group column.

- Then click up on File and then Export.

- Export as vCards.

- Choose where to save it.

Then you can import those into Outlook. If you're adding them to another computer just save it on a disc or a thumb drive and move it over. I'm not a 100% sure on this part but I think all you have to do is double click that vCard file and the default contact program (Outlook) will open and ask you if you want to add them. That's at least how it works when you open a vCard on the Mac with Address Book. Hope this helps.
