Why, when I go to certain web sites, do the tool bar menues drop down behind the web site?

Can you give a more detailed description? Are you using Safari? And when you say drop down behind the web site, do you mean behind the browser window?

I'm using Firefox...and yes, it drops down behind the browser window. I was downloading a trailer for a new movie.
