I think doing that would take a lot away from the "Mac" experience and the work-arounds involved to keep it working, patched DVD's, the "hope this works" feelings, etc. remind me of using Windows.
In fact, the entire idea is too Windows-ish. Piecing things together, and patching, and tweaking.....I want something that works on its own without me having to tweak it or shoehorn it. Hardware and software that works together, not forced to work together. Thats why I switched in the first place. Thats why I think putting OS X on a PC is ridiculous.
Putting OS X on a PC does not make it a Mac.
