Auto Synt files from windows to mac

My main computer is a windows XP desktop and I connect my laptop to my home network and normaly just copy and past the files i want over the network from my windows computer on to my mac.

Is there any way or any nice software that will Auto sync files in one of my windows folders onto my macbook when it is connected To stop me from having to update it manualy by copying the files over?

I know of someone who told me about this application which does just that. If you can't find an answer here, PM me in a few days or something and I'll ask my friend what it is.

That app can also sync via the internet so you can have the same files in the office as well as home or in Afghanisthan.
