Biggest/best P2P service for Mac

Apart from torrents, what is the biggest or best P2P network and software for Mac things? e.g. limewire etc.. (for freeware software)

all freeware software can be located on companies websites, cnet.com, downloads.com, versiontracker.com and macupdate.com

That is correct but filesharing is looked down upon here unfortunately.

It is looked down on for illegal activity. Don't do anything illegal and you have nothing to worry about.

Oh yeah I know that. It seems though as soon as someone mentions a torrent or a P2P program someone always has to blame the poster for being involved in illegal activity and that's not always the case.

tobywuk, you may want to rephrase your first post a bit to try asking which P2P network/software is the best for a Mac. That's what I thought you were asking.

If other posters choose to overzealous interpret the rules, I can't stop that. However, staff policy is that unless it's illegal, the discussion is fine.

Just tell him what a good program is because nothing is illegal about using p2p. Downloading copyrighted material is illegal. Not p2p. That being said i'd like to know something other than limewire myself.
