itune random problems

Hi
When using Itune random ''party shuffle'' within a list I get ''bad random'' as in some songs play 2-3 times in a row while others never play.. is there a way to tune it?

First off...make sure there are duplicates in your party shuffle list.

Then go to preferences>>playback>>smart shuffle, and turn the slider towards "less likely"
