I have found this folder, iDVD Themes, and it is 1.69GB. From the name, it sounds near useless. Is it just like a selection of fancy things not needed for actually using iDVD? Can I through it away safely? Or do I have to leave one theme as the default or something? It seems a lot of space to save if it is not necessary.
Thank you!

I would try this

Move all but the essential themes you use

Start up iDVD and see what happens

If all is OK you are cool

If not put em back where you found them

Where were they by the way - I could do with saving that space

By the way, you should try this software Xslimmer. It slims down most applications by deleting all the unnecessary language files and PPC data. I shaved off like 5GB off my hard drive....

Using an app called appzapper also helps deleting things.
