Virtual PC on low end Mac?

Hi Guys and Guyesses,
I ain't even got my Mac yet and already I'm full of questions,

There is one internet site that I use every day that will only run on a windows based system. It's a Poker site and before you all tut, tut at me, I only play the Freeroll games.
Anyway, I had a look at a programme called Virtual PC which looks like it would fit the bill but the only version I can find is 7 which requires a lot better spec than my humble G3 PowerMac running at 400Mhz with 128 of memory. I can upgrade the memory easy enough but does anyone know of a way to run windows on such a low end Mac or will I need to keep my old Windows PC?

PC .... I keep seeing references to MBP on threads and posts. I reckon it is some kind of Mac machine but what is it exactly?

I doubt that a G3 machine would be able to run Windows fast enough to do anything these days, even if you were able to find an older version of VirtualPC that could run on it.

MBP is an abbreviation for "MacBook Pro," which has such a clunky name that nobody really likes to type it out.

I have run VPC on my old G3 and believe me it is SLOWWWWWWW

Even on a G4 or G5 its not exactly responsive.

Keep the old PC for running windows, if its anything faster than a 100 mhz pentium it will have better performance than an emulation of windows hardware

Or get a new Mac! ;D

Zoo ... let's think about that for a second.
My Powermac G3 Blue & white cost me £11 (I'm in UK)
A G5 would cost £200 or more.
I already have several windows PCs, laptops and Tablets and I'm sure keeping one to play poker will be more cost effective than buying a new Mac.
Unless you know something I don't

Too many material possessions clutter the mind. You could get rid of the lot and get a nice Intel Mac.

If your needs are so simple, you could reduce your computer inventory somewhat.

I am saying all this very lightly BTW, don't take it too seriously.
