Ok, so I installed Windows XP using FAT32, which allows read and write. Is it possible to access all my Mac OS folders directly from Windows? Also, is this boot camp beta going to stop working soon? Will my partition mess up because of this?

You can not access the native partition of Mac from Windows directly. Windows doesn't recognise HFS (Mac File system)

At least not without extra software. I believe the program that lets Windows access HFS drives is called MacDrive or something along those lines.

I use a program called 'hfsexplorer' http://hem.bredband.net/catacombae/index2.html
The only drawback is that it only provides read only access to your hfs partition, meaning you cant add files to your mac partition

On the positive side, it works great and is open source ;)
