Been wondering for a while now, but how do you get a Macbook Pro to quit shutting off when it is closed? I find it very annoying! Are there any solutions?

if it's the same as the MB then there isn't any settings that you can change in order to stop it from sleeping.
In order to stop it from sleeping it needs to be hooked up to an external monitor/keyboard.
Or you can use a program like Insomnia X which is free, just keep an eye on the temperature of the laptop when the lid is closed.

The best solution is not to close it unless you're moving it. (And if you're moving it, you want it off, to protect it.)

You can turn the display off by setting the brightness to 0.
