Error Report Hidden charge!

Just got my credit card bill for this month, and i was shocked to see that i had been charged £7.99 for sending an Error Report to apple when my itunes crashed a while back. I can't ever remember being told that i would have to pay! Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone tell me who i should ring to complain? I live in the UK. Thanks

Hmmm. Ask for you money back. If they say no, call the credit card company and dispute the charge, asking for it to be reversed.

So the line item says "Error Report"?
No company is going to charge you to send an error report.
I would still give them a call to find out exactly what the charge is for though.

Sure you haven't bought an album from iTunes? They don't charge for error reports.
