Can anyone tell me how to make an image transparent. What software are you using to do it in.

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook
You will have to convert it to either a .gif or a .png to support transparency.
Pretty much any image editor (GIMP, Photoshop) will do this.

if your making a "transparent" image for a website, remember most websites dont actually make them have a transparent website, they just change the colour of the image background to match the one of the website
