Is it safe to delete this?

I downloaded MSN Messenger for Mac and I was wondering if it's safe to delete the files called "messengerdmg" and the folder that says "Microsoft User Data"...Just don't wanna have a bunch of files laying around.

yes it's safe to delete messengrdmg and if you do a search in your finder for msn messenger, it will show you all the locations where msn is located

what about the microsoft user data?

Don't delete the Microsoft User Data if you are running MS Office. Its where all the data for mail, contacts, calendar are stored as well your Identities.

If you are not running Office, then, yes, you can delete it.
