Got it....

I have taken the plunge! Bought a new iMac yesterday with iWorks and Applecare. The leopard DVD was in the box so I upgraded straight away before I did any changes or work.

I have tried to register my Applecare but am unable to access the registration site http://www.info.apple.com/selfservice/?dest=myinfo.

Any advice please?

Didn't it automatically register you when you did the initial setup?

No! I could not get on the internet at that stage.

I just clicked the link for the reg site and it worked for me.

Have you tried it again? Maybe it was down when you tried before...

Yes! I have just tried it and all is well. Thanks for your help....sorry for being such a nuisance but all this Mac stuff is new to me.
