Burning .DMg files on windows

I have a .DMG file i would like to burn on a windows computer.

How do i burn this on a windows computer?

Would it be better for me just to transfer this .dmg file over to my mac then burn it from my macbook instead?

It depends, most of the time if the .dmg file is a downloaded file which you downloaded from the internet, you should be able to burn it with any burning software (ie. Nero, Roxio, or the built in burner with XP/Vista).

Are you having problems burning it? Error messages?

it just said that its an incompatable file format when i open it up in nero.

I have transfered the file over to my mac and its burning with toast as we speek.
