Hi just wondering,

Are the latest versions of the MacBook and MacBook Pro compatible with any type of 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM RAM?
Are the RAM modules interchangable between the 2 notebooks.

Also, what is the difference between these 2? Are both able to run on a MacBook or MacBook Pro?
This and this

Thanks in advance

I'd say no

When I gpt my macbook, I wanted to put in 2G ram. I had 2G of the SO Dimm RAM it required so I tried it - macbook no work. Put back the original and it worked. Ordered some memory from crucial specifying the make and model - and it worked.

Put the original 2G into a Dell laptop - and it worked - so not faulty RAM.

I thin there are probably subtle differences
