Very Basic WMA conversion query

Hello
Sorry if this is a very naive question:
I recently got some music from a friend in WMA format.
When I try to add it to my Itunes library, either through the add a file function or the drag and drop function, it just wont show up in my library.
Double-clicking the song icons automatically opens up windows media player.
I use Itunes 7.4.2 on my powerbook

iTunes and WMAs don't play well together ... I use EasyWMA to convert the file to MP3 first then iTunes is happy ;p
