Emergency Accident iDisk

Ok, I am panicking here, so please ask if I forget to add certain details.

I had the "GREAT" idea of dragging my document folder from my HD to my iDisk folder (all done in finder). Then I saw a puff a smoke and now my documents is gone. PLEASE help me. I went to my iDisk and nothing is there either

Edit: Ok, I found my stuff, but its not in the right place. Can I roll my machine back an hour or two? to fix this?

Just put your found files back in a folder called documents in your home folder.

The Finder does nave an undo - this may get you out the crap in future
