Compliment from a windows guy

Just thought I'd share...

My wife and I hosted a birthday party over the weekend. Someone in the croud wanted to check up on an incoming flight. So we went inside and sat at the iMac and he did what he had to do on a website.

Then for kicks I showed him some HD video... 45 minutes / 2.4GB / MP4. He was pretty blown away. "Jeez this is incredible. It's beautiful. Now I see the difference with a Mac... a PC would have choked on this."

I might have a possible convert on my hands =)

While a PC would probably be a better player for HD sources, especially those that are not in the .mov container...it still floors most people who haven't seen HD yet.

and the amazing thing is ......... it is so easy! All they need do is run one for awhile.
