Yep, I have. I ordered the skin for my ds lite from them about 6 months ago, or so. I really like it, it's not papery or cheap looking/feeling at all.

Got their skins for my old Razr a few months ago, thinking of ordering new skins for my iPhone. They make decent skins and the phone templates are dead on accurate.

i custom made a plain silver skin for my macbook and it didnt get approved :(

i am now looking into a different way to make my macbook silver

I know I saw a thread on getting your macbooks painted, but I can't remember where! I'll try to find it.
