I was downloading a purchase (TV series of Battlestar Galactica Season 3) and in the middle I keep getting an error message saying there is a connection problem. My connection is working but I cant access the iTunes store or my account. The message I get is this:

"We could not complete your iTunes store request. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again."

Is it down?

How do I start up my downloads again?

Works great for me.

There should be an section in your My Account page that will allow you to download uncompleted purchases.

I have actually had this problem before where I thought my show was not downloading and I was getting really angry.. it turns out that the show tried to download twice and there was already a copy in my library hiding.. and it was actually a security issue preventing it from downloading. Double check to make sure that that episode that is not downloading is not already in your library.

I'm getting errors in the iTunes Store now. It is most likely a problem on their end.

Itunes store says it is down for scheduled maintenance.

I hate that, I'm in a mood to buy some music and I can't.
