Still loving the mac experience after about a month.
Quick question if anyone is willing to oblige:
I haven't bought Microsoft Office, but am hoping to send an email with my CV attached, which is a word.doc. I have it saved as an attachment already in my gmail account, so can i download it, save it on my mac desktop and then resend it as an attachment, even though I don't have MS word? I tried to send it to myself and it seemed to work (i.e., the attachment at the bottom of the email has a little MS Word icon next to it), but then of course I can't open it in MS word, so I don't know for absolute sure. I was wondering if this goes for other MS office apps as well.
