hey i have a very large project, and when i export it it becomes 25gb any way i can export it to be say 5 gb?

Export it... how? As a Quicktime movie? As a Media Managed project? What are you trying to do?

Yeah. Export it using Quicktime conversion. Shrink the size of the file in dimensions as well as compression. Don't forget abut the audio. Compress that with the AAC codec.
