Your Mac's Specs
iMac Core i5(3.6 GHz) 8 GB RAM, MBP C2Duo(2.4 GHz) 4 GB RAM, MB C2Duo(2.4 GHz) 2 GB RAM
When I upgrade to Leopard do i lose my iLife and iWork or any program that i have on my mac that needs a registration code, because I have already used them...?

Unless the software uses some type restrictive license server type registration (like XP and Vista) then you should be safe. If you are doing a complete wipe and install of OS X you'll definitely want to have your software media handy (burn a copy of the dmg to DVD/CD if you want).

13 inch Macbook Pro Retina, 2.7ghz, 128gb SSD
so if i transfer the app to a cd/dvd and then install leopard. Then i can transfer it back and it should work fine?
