I'm trying to make a t-shirt. I've got a neat image but its in adobe reader and i have no idea how to flip it so its transferable.

Apps I got and suspect may work but have no clue on how to use them for this.

Aperture
Adobe Reader 8
Photoshop Elements
Skitch

Any help would be appreciated. I did my google-fu and it rendered nothing useful. The sooner the better. I would love to wear it tomorrow to a gallery opening.
Thanks

In Photoshop, you can use the "Free Transform" tool to flip your image.
