I'm new to the Mac. (1 month) I have Appplecare and live in Vancouver BC. Their hours of support are 9:00AM EST to 9:00PM EST. So, here out West, we have the ability to contact them from 6-7PST before having to go to work or from 5:30PST to 6:00PST if we get home from work on time. Last time I called, it was around 5:45 PST and I was on hold and at 6:00 the line got cut off as it was now end of business for them back East. No message or alert that it was going to be cut off.
This seems kind of unfair for those of us out West, then again, I guess for people out East, they only have the hours from 6-9PM if they are working and dont have their Mac with them.
Any comments?
