Please Help!

I have no idea what just happened. i was running XP on my machine playing bioshock, and then when i booted back into mac, i have a software update for 10 different things. most of them are updates you install when you first get the laptop... should i re-update, is this a mistake? what the **** is going on. i think all my setting are the same...

Apple released quite a few updates today. If you already have the updates installed, Software Update won't tell you to install them. Go ahead and install the available updates; there's nothing to worry about.
