New Mac Owner

Hello. I'm a college senior in the great city of Boston. I picked up a 13" core 2 duo for DJ'ing, and I cannot stop using it for everything. I have a Dell desktop with slightly lesser stats, and I rarely use it. I have them both connected with Synergy, and it is great. I use Serato Scratch Live via usb with an external usb drive, and it is 1000000x better than anything on windows. I plan on upgrading my Cingular Treo 650 next week to an iPhone, but I just need to get pop's credit card first. I am very excited for it though. GREAT FORUM!!!

Know what you mean - got my MBP just so I didn't have to be tied to the desk in my office all the time. Well now, as my wife puts it, "is that thing attached at the hip?". Disconnected my desktop from the 26" monitor i use about a month and 1/2 ago for some testing I was doing - it still hasn't been hooked back up.

Yeah, it's crazy. You kind of get sucked into a subculture along with the whole Mac experience. ^_^
