wasnt sure where to post this...
i've been using hotmail and more recently, gmail...i figure what better time to switch then now as i just bought a MBP. I intend to have imail as the mail program for my gmail account (i think this is possible..right?), but naturally this brings up the question of moving all my hotmail emails to gmail (or imail?)
I did some searching on the web and here but found mostly out of date info. I did found getMail..but it has some defficiencies (doesnt move sender info). Anyone done this migration successfully? My hopes are to complete this as follows..
-keep sender, date, time info from old hotmail files
-forward all future hotmail emails to gmail acct.
any recomendations would be appreciated. thanks for the help!
