Backup Software. What Do You Recommend?

I just visited your new Apple Store and bought a 250 gig G-Drive external drive for backing up my MacPro. The drive is very easy to install but there doesn't seem to be any backup utilities with it. What do you folks use or recommend?

I user SpuperDuper. Nice and easy to use and has quite a few customizable options .
