Hey guys...

I am a new member here. My 15 inch, 2.4 MBP should arrive within the next few days. I purchased this using my ADC student membership. When i received a package two weeks ago with my ADC information a disc to install OSX 10.4 was in the student kit. With my new computer arriving shortly I am fairly certain it will already have Tiger installed. Thus, the Tiger disc in th ADC kit is of no use to me. Therefore, I am wondering if it would be possible to sell the OSX that came with the ADC kit? Can I get in trouble fo doing this? I ask because I would like to recover some of my costs from purchasing the Mac but do not wannt to participate in anything that is not right. Is this possible?

Thanks

PS. I look forward to being an avid member on this forum!!!

The software comes with an end user license agreement that I'm guessing prohibits you from selling it, but you'll have to read it to find out for sure.

It may be possible, but you might wish you hadn't if you ever have trouble and need to reinstall OS X!

Edit: Okay, it ain't possible. ;)
