Memory Upgrade to MBP

If you upgrade RAM for your MBP are there any changes you have to make in OS X (like Windows increasing your virutal memory setting) or do you just pop the memory in and off you go?

macbook dualcore 2.16, 2G RAM, 120GB HDD
I am not an expert

Personally, I think you dont need to do anything after you have your memory upgraded, just enjoy it.
