hey guys i was wondering if any of u could help about making tabs in safari..i just cant..in windows version of safari u could add a tab with alt+t but on my mbp i cant do it..pls help(and it doesnt appear on the file section)

In the Mac version i think you use command + t, pretty much command took over the function of ctrl, but command button's placed at a bad place comparing to ctrl

Mac Pro 8x3.0ghz 12gb ram 8800GT , MBP 2.16 2GB Ram 17 inch.
NakedAngel and iKitten are both correct, you need to enable tabbed browsing then you use Command(apple)+T to activate a new tab.

...and in Mac Firefox, Preferences...are under Firefox, not File.
