So where i live the city has its own wireless. When i go online, the "welcome to EL blah blah wireless" page opens. there is a button that says "connect," and with clicking it, a small popup opens and says "you are connected and whatever. Usually (90% of the time), i cannot get this popup to come up, the page just reloads when i click the button. Randomly it will work fine? Just FYI, my popup blocker is off
Also, I cant get PDFs that are on webpages (often school assignments) to open. They appear for a few seconds, but then the page just goes white?
