They basically go into his entire childhood and the reasons why he became so insane..

So this is the "Hannibal Rising" prequel to the Halloween series? I thought it was just a remake of the original. Now I'm more interested.

I wouldent say Like Hannibal Rising, he basically remade the original and went deeper into why he is who he is... to me this is halloween 1, I felt just like when I saw Batman Begins, a fresher better start

First off Batman Begins was by far the best Batman movie, and the new one looks pretty sweet...the Joker was my favorite villian.

Secondly, I want to see Halloween remake soley on the fact that Rob Zombie directed it. It does look pretty sweet.

Thanks for the review...I've been wanting to go see this! My g/f won't go see any scary movies with me, so I'm kind of limited...

I loved this halloween. I really love Rob Zombie as a director, since he's always been interested in horror movies and monster movies, etc. It really helps allot. He can realy go deep into it and come out with a masterpiece.

I have no desire to see it. There was nothing wrong with the original and no need to "redo" it.
Still, I suppose it can't be any worse than the stinkpile that was "30 Days of Night".

Yeah, as long as it's not like the remake they made of Psycho, or something like that. Just from the previews of this Halloween, it looks even creepier than the original.
