MAC software

I thought it would be a good idea to gather a little application list for people switching from Windows to mac who dont know what programs to use for what. What Applications do you use for what?

I will start:



Virtual Machine: Parallels
Video/Audio Conferancing: SkyPe, Ichat
Internet Browser: Safari, Firefox

iPhoto=Light photo editing and cataloging
iWork=everything that you used to use Office for (man do I wish I'd bought this)
iMovie HD=light video making (slideshows and family movies etc)
iDVD=DVD authoring
iCal=personal scheduler (sync it to iPod for added utility)
Corel Painter X="budget minded" advanced photo editing (could use Photo shop elements as well)
Photoshop CS3="Money is no object" advanced photo editing
