Prepared for Shipment!!!!

I think im going to cry!!!

After weeks of waiting, and a screw-up over the iWork '06 -> iWork '08 upgrade

My Shiny new 15" Macbook Pro 2.4 is finally Prepared for Shipment!!

It was ordered on 27th July!!

Only one more week to go, and life will be good again!

Don't get too excited, that means that its been made, it could still be in China sat in a warehouse.

Was it a "built-to-order" job? I ordered mine a week after you and got it earlier this week (with iLife 08).

No it was standard with iWork 08

Yes, its just a standard build, with iWork '08. It was ordered with iWork '06 and after the media event, we contacted apple and told them we wanted '08. they said ok. and nothing happened for a week (the week it was supposed to be shipped) we then found out it had been on hold because of iWork '08 coming out, but whoever we spoke to didnt release it.

its now been shipped, estimated date of arrival 30th August!!!
